Due to a delay in production at the local factory, the release date of the EU version vinyl of "One Last Kiss", which was originally scheduled to be released on October 22, has been postponed to November 26, and because of this the Japanese release date has also been moved to the same date.
The products will be shipped to all those who pre-ordered the album after the new release date.

On Friday, May 25, we posted information in a “MESSAGE from STAFF” article regarding the lottery tickets being distributed in the first shipment of “First Love,” Utada Hikaru’s 7th album (available from June 27). These tickets will give fans priority when applying to purchase concert tickets. We received a number of questions regarding this lottery and so have created this Q&A.

Q: I’ve been told that lottery tickets, which are to be used to pre-order tickets for Utada Hikaru’s concert tour, are included within the first shipment of the “First Love,” album (i.e. within the CD package), but what if I have purchased the album in the form of a digital download?
(We also received a large number of other similar questions)

A: The lottery tickets that are to be used to pre-order the tickets for the concert tour are included within the album CD (i.e. within the CD package). This means that you cannot receive them if you purchase the album in the form of a digital download etc.

Q: Will my personal identity need to be confirmed on the day of the concert?

A: When you purchase the ticket, you will be given specific guidelines as to what methods will be used to confirm your identity when entering the concert venue.

Q: On the purchase site, there was a detailed statement about “transfers of tickets between individuals” are relatives or friends allowed to transfer among themselves the tickets that have been issued to them?

A: A separate communication will be sent to successful applicants with guidelines about “transfers of tickets between individuals. ”

Q: Are there plans to set up a childcare facility during the concert tour?

A: Childcare facilities have been set up at each of the concert venues. Guidelines about how to apply to use the childcare facilities will be issued at a later date.

Q: If I buy 3 albums could I apply for tickets at all 3 concert locations using the same name?
Q: Does the section stating “* When more than one application is made under a single name, this will be counted as a single application.” apply to only one of the concert locations or to all?
Q: Does the section stating “Only one application may be carried out for each serial number.” mean that if I buy 2 albums and get 2 serial numbers, I can apply twice using the same name? Or is it not possible for 1 person to make multiple applications, regardless of the number of albums they apply?
(We also received a large number of other similar questions)

A: Multiple applications under the same name (using multiple serial numbers) will only count as 1 application, but you are able to list your preferences for the concert location, from your first preference through to your third, using one application. However, this lottery only allows you to apply for 2 tickets for 1 concert, per application.

Q: I have a question regarding buying tickets. It’s not possible to transfer ticket purchasing rights, so if the person applying finds themselves unable to go, do they have no choice but to throw away their right to purchase the ticket?

A: We’ll provide more details on the ticket purchasing site (not yet available) about transferring tickets between individuals.

Q: Is it possible to order albums in the first shipment anywhere other than at Sony’s stores?

A: The album can also be purchased at locations other than the Sony Music Shop, but as soon as the first shipment is sold out, the priority lottery tickets will no longer be available. Please inquire at your place of purchase to check which shipment it is.

Q: Will concert tickets only be available to those who are chosen in the lottery being held using the tickets in the first shipment of “First Love”?

A: As well as the lottery, we’re also planning to make regular sales of the concert tickets available.

To apply, applicants will require the 10-digit serial number which is printed on the lottery tickets (used for pre-ordering the concert tour tickets) which are included within the first shipment of “First Love,”

Applicants should access the application acceptance website stated on the lottery tickets, confirm the guidelines on how to apply and cautionary points to be aware of, and then apply by inputting the serial number and other items required for the application process, within the application acceptance period.

♦Maximum number of tickets to be used for application: Only one application may be carried out for each serial number. (You can apply for up to 2 tickets with a single application for a single performance.)
*When more than one application is made under a single name, this will be counted as a single application.

♦Ticket fee: ¥10,800 (tax included)

♦Announcement of the results of the lottery: 12:00 on 20 July (Fri) (Planned date/time)
*Email notifications for successful applicants will be sent to the email addresses registered by applicants when they carried out the application.
*Pre-ordered concert tickets will be allocated based on the results of the lottery.
*Please note in advance that once the application acceptance period is over, no changes can be made to the contents of applications, and no changes, cancellations or refunds etc. can be carried out even if an applicant who has been successfully selected wishes to change/cancel the performance, type of ticket or number of pre-ordered tickets.

*Children under the age of 3 may not enter venues; ticket fees must be paid for children aged 4 and over.
*Please note in advance that video footage/photographic images taken inside venues, including those showing spectators’ seats, may be made public.
*Instructions on accessing the application acceptance website are included on the lottery tickets (used for pre-ordering the concert tour tickets) which are included within the first shipment of “First Love,”
*It is prohibited to transfer, resell or lend etc. serial numbers to a third party, or to carry out any other acts corresponding to such acts. Listing serial numbers on social networking services (SNSs) or websites etc. is also prohibited.
*Reselling tickets for the performances for commercial purposes is prohibited. If it is ascertained that tickets have been exhibited in an auction etc. for commercial purposes, the tickets in question will be rendered invalid, and the user will not be permitted to enter the venue, regardless of any reasons cited by those persons who have exhibited or bought the tickets in question. Not only tickets obtained through auctions but all tickets obtained for commercial purposes via any other acts of sale/purchase other than officially authorized routes will also be rendered invalid.
*Additional details beyond those set out above should be confirmed by checking the lottery tickets (used for pre-ordering the concert tour tickets) which are included within the first shipment of “First Love,” and the application acceptance website.

Concerning the Release Date of the Utada Hikaru WILD LIFE DVD and Blu-ray

Our deepest sympathies and condolences go to those affected by the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake.

We have been forced to postpone the release of the WILD LIFE DVD and Blu-ray due to damage at the pressing factories from the earthquake.

Each product shall now be released on the following dates.
DVD: April 20
Blu-ray: May 18

We are deeply sorry to those interested in the products and those who have already pre-ordered them.

Regarding the B2-sized WILD LIFE poster present, 30,000 posters shall be released with the DVD and 20,000 shall be released with the Blu-ray.
