- 2 day pass ticket holder will be asked to exchange the ticket to a wrist band at the entrance.
Please wrap the band tightly around your wrist as soon as you receive it.You will be asked to show the same wrist band on the 2nd day, do not take it off even after the 1st show ends.
We do not re-issue any misplaced wrist bands.
Even if you show the wrist band, unless it is not worn on the wrist, it will be void.
Also, multiple use of wrist band by turns is strictly prohibited. When violated, you will be asked to leave the venue under compulsion.
- Once you enter, you will have access to Arena Standing Area thru Stand Seat Area.
- All blocks are managed proportionately. Depending on the circumstance of each block,
we may restrict admission.
- Please understand if you are not able to see from your desired block.
- You will not be allowed to stand in the aisle at Arena Standing Area. Please stay within your assigned block.
- Since this a long festival, please look after your health condition.
- There may be a change of performing artist. We do not refund in any case.
- We suggest you come in comfortable shoes (sneakers, trainers). High-heeled or pin-heeled shoes or sandals may cause an unexpected injury.
- Recording with cameras, tape recorders or any other recording devices of such is strictly prohibited. If detected, we will delete all recorded data.
- Act of delinquency inside and outside of the venue, and for those not following instructions, will be asked to leave the venue under compulsion. In such case, there is not refund for the ticket, and/or transportation etc.
- Do not leave any bags unattended, we do not cover for any lost items.
Cloak will be available in the venue. (¥500yen per use)
- We do not allow saving seats with bags at Stand seat area. Sponsors, venue, or artists are not responsible for any lost items.
- Sponsors, venue, or artists are not responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. occurred inside or outside the venue.
- Dive, mosh, or any other dangerous act is prohibited.
- The sponsor is not responsible for any injury of the customer at own fault.
If injured from prohibited act such as dive or mosh, an emergency measure will be taken but will not take later responsibility. Moreover, if third party is also injured from this act, please solve the problem amongst those involved in such. We will not take part in problem solving for the trouble between customers.
- We refuse exchanges or returns of artist merchandise sold in the venue except for defectives. Please confirm the merchandise when handed at that point.
Also, early sales of official goods are scheduled to be at 9:30~11:00.
- There is no customer parking. Please use public transportation.
- Please separate rubbish/garbage according to type such as burnable /non-burnable.
- Please smoke at a designated area.
- Drinking alcohol or smoking by minors is strictly prohibited. We may ask for I.D. when alcohol is sold.
- We do not allow queuing overnight around the venue. Also, please forbid any acts of trouble to the resident in the vicinity.
- Eating and drinking is prohibited in the venue. Please go to the area where eating and drinking is allowed or step out to the lobby.
- Bringing of bottles, cans, or any other articles prohibited by law are not allowed in the venue.
- Re-entering the venue is not allowed.
- Scheduled ending time is 21:30. Depending on how the event proceeds, please understand if time may shorten or extend. (We suggest that you check the time for the last train etc. beforehand.)
- Resale or transfer of ticket is strictly forbidden. Please note that resold ticket becomes invalid, and entrance may be refused at the same time.
